AI Builder University respects your privacy. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
Who we are
This website is operated by Jose Tota d/b/a Beyond VR Media, a sole proprietorship based in Miami, Florida, USA. AI Builder University is a brand of Beyond VR Media. Questions about this policy: hello@aibuilderuniversity.com.
What we collect
We collect your email address only when you ask us to send you a free lesson kit or sign up for updates.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you the free demo kit download link and weekly lesson emails from AI Builder University.
Who processes it
We use Kit (ConvertKit) as our email provider to store your email address and deliver our emails reliably.
Email analytics
Like most email providers, Kit records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked. We use this only to see which lessons are useful. You can block it by turning off image loading in your email app.
Legal basis
We process your email address based on your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what is needed to respect that choice. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days.
Where it is stored
Kit stores data in the United States. If you sign up from outside the US, your email address is transferred there.
No selling or sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email hello@aibuilderuniversity.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
AI Builder University is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and embeds
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Lesson videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play; YouTube's own policy applies once a video plays.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
